Recipe:
- 1 green cabbage
- 2 Tablespoons of avocado oil
- Salt & pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of buffalo sauce (my favorite brand is Primal Kitchen)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Simply wash and cut your green cabbage into 1 inch slices. Place your sliced green cabbage on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and drizzle the cabbage with avocado oil. Put the cabbage in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes. Check to see if the cabbage is cooked and browning.
Once done and slightly cooled, drizzle the buffalo sauce on top. Serve with any protein or just snack on it! Trust me, the crunch, sweetness, and spice will really get your tastebuds going!
